Quasar Led Lighting Co., Limited warrants that its product will be free from any defects in materials and workmanship which cause the product to fail to operate in accordance with the performance specifications set forth in the documentation accompanying the product. The foregoing warranty shall be valid for a period of two years from date of customer's purchase (the invoice date) from Quasar Led Lighting Co., Limited. This warranty is only available to buyers that directly purchase from Quasar Led Lighting Co., Limited.
If the products cannot work normally within the warranty period, Warranty terms should be noted as below: 1.If any Product covered by this warranty cannot work normally within the warranty period ,please send back to us by your charges. upon examination by our engineers, if problems caused by the product¡¯s quality, we will send you a new one for replacement by our charges within the first three months; we will repair the defective parts well to send back to you within the last warranty time. The shipping cost is paid by us. 2.If problems caused by misuse or personal factor, or used in harsher environment than environmental conditions stated in specifications. In this condition, warranty will be invalid. But buyers can send it to us for repair, after our repair, we can send you immediately if urgent or send you with our future orders. all expense caused will be charged to buyers. The expense includes back and forth freight,removal or reinstallation cost,new accessories cost or repair cost. Remarks:
1.If the products can not work normally during the warranty due to our quality and it has been discontinued or is not available, we may replace it with a comparable product. 2.This limited warranty only applies when the product has been properly wired and installed and operated within the electrical values, operating range and environmental conditions provided in the Specifications. 3.This warranty does not apply to damage or failure to perform arising as a result of any Acts of God or from any abuse, misuse, abnormal use or use in violation of any applicable standard, code or our instructions or damage causing during shipping to customer or beyond. This Warranty shall become void in the event any repairs or alterations not duly authorized by Quasar Led Lighting Co., Limited in writing are made to the Product by any person.
