1.How to order samples from Quasar Led Lighting Co., Limited? It's very simple if you'd like to order from us.
1. If you are interested in any of our existing models, you could let us know the model#, quantity and specific information such as color, brand of LEDs and beam angle via email, fax or just leave a message on our website. Our sales staff will reply you with the requested price information, including shipping options and estimated lead time within one business day;
2. If no problem, you agree with the price and make a choice on shipping method;
3. We work out a Proforma Invoice for your confirmation. The P/I has all the necessary dealing and delivery and our banking information.
4. After making sure all information is correct, you make payment.
5. We confirm the payment and arrange production and shipment accordingly.
2.Does Quasar Led Lighting Co., Limited accept small order?
Yes, We accept small orders, even 1pcs.
3.How to pay Quasar Led Lighting Co., Limited?
For small order (less than US$2000) or sample order, please pay us Western Union or paypal, and send email to us for details. For large orders, we would like to recommend T/T; We usually collect 40% of total amount as deposit, and collect the balance before shipment, please send us the copy of remittance slip once the payment is done, so we can check with our bank and confirm to you once the payment arrive our account. Any way Western union are preferred, because Western Union transfer is the fastest way to transfer money. We can receive money in several minutes if customers wire the money successfully. It's also the easiest way of transfer & receiving money. Please let us know the money control numbers, sender's full name and the exact amount you send once you wire the money.
4.What if we found the sample is inferior quality?
Quasar Led Lighting Co., Limited guarantee good quality LED light, We will refund if the samples failed or found to be inferior quality.
5.Lead time
For regular products, Lead time of large order is 15 working days after receiving deposit; lead time of sample orders is 5-7 days after we receive payment. It will be specified in our sales contract. These products require sophisticated manufacturing process including molding, casting, forming, baking, polishing, oxidization and so on.
6.How long can I get samples?
Usually buyers will receive samples in 10 working days (7 working days to processing samples, 3 working days to ship the samples by UPS/DHL/FedEx/EMS)
7.Why does Quasar Led Lighting Co., Limited need 7 working days to prepare samples?
Usually we will need 1-5 days to make samples, then we will do 48hours (2 days) to do aging test for all LED light, to make sure quality is OK.
8.How to ship your order?
We usually ship small order by air. There are many international couriers for your option, such as DHL, FedEx, UPS and China EMS. If you already have account with DHL, UPS or other couriers, you can advise us in advance and we can send the goods under your account. We usually ship large orders by sea. In general, the ocean shipment will spend more days than by air. So the shipping way is subject to your demand in advance. And customs clearance paperwork and procedures will be handled by the forwarder. In case of any additional documentation, We will assist the forwarder with it as much as possible.
9.How to track your order during shipment?
For small order shipped by international courier (UPS/DHL/FedEx/EMS), we will send you tracking No. after samples went out, you can check the order status on courier's website. For Large orders shipped by sea, you can check with your shipping agent. 

10.Quote
The quotation provided by Quasar Led Lighting Co., Limited is valid within three month if not specified specially. We reserve the rights to cancel orders resulting from any errors such as pricing, typographical or other errors.
